Most consignment dealers charge 8–10% or more of your vehicle’s final sale price. At Reserve Lane, we charge a flat fee upfront—so you keep more of your sale and know exactly what you’ll pay, regardless of the final price.
Q: What’s included in each pricing tier?
Each tier includes different levels of support depending on how hands-on you want us to be. All tiers include listing submission, copywriting, and market guidance. Our Full Service and White Glove options include professional photography coordination, comment engagement, buyer communication, and more. Q: Are there any additional fees beyond your pricing?
Standard platform listing fees (e.g. Bring a Trailer, PCarMarket) are included in our pricing. However, if your vehicle is listed on multiple platforms or requires premium placement upgrades, those additional costs may apply. We’ll always review these with you in advance. Services like transport, PPI, or escrow are optional and available upon request.
Q: What happens if my car doesn’t sell?
If the auction ends with reserve not met or a private buyer backs out, there is no additional fee from Reserve Lane. We can advise on next steps such as relisting, adjusting the reserve, or transitioning to a fixed-price strategy.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?
Yes. We offer discounted pricing for repeat clients and dealers listing multiple vehicles. Contact us to discuss custom packages or fleet pricing.
Q: Can I upgrade my tier after I start?
Absolutely. If you begin with Essentials and decide you want Full Service or White Glove support, we’ll apply the difference in cost and continue your listing with the added features.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Because our work begins as soon as onboarding starts, fees are generally non-refundable. However, if your vehicle is not accepted by the platform and no services have been rendered, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.
