Welcome to Reserve Lane. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Reserve Lane website, services, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Service.
Reserve Lane is a listing service that helps owners of enthusiast, exotic, and collector vehicles present and market their cars for sale online. We are not a dealership and do not take possession of vehicles. We assist with listings, photography coordination, messaging management, and negotiations depending on the selected service tier.
By using our Service, you represent that you are:
- At least 18 years old,
- The legal owner or authorized agent of the vehicle being listed,
- Able to enter into binding contracts,
- In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your vehicle,
- Disclose known issues, title status, and any prior damage or major repairs,
- Respond in a timely manner to inquiries or communication during the listing period,
- Not misrepresent your identity, ownership, or authority to sell the vehicle.
Reserve Lane offers fixed-fee listing packages. Services vary by tier and may include:
- Listing guidance only
- Concierge-managed auction submission
- Full buyer communication and negotiation support
Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated. All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.
Each listing or concierge engagement is valid for up to 60 days from the date of activation unless otherwise specified. If the vehicle is not sold within this period, the user may extend or renew the service at our discretion and subject to additional fees.
Reserve Lane does not guarantee the sale of any vehicle. While we assist in preparing and marketing your vehicle, we make no representation or warranty that your vehicle will sell or achieve a particular sale price.
When applicable, Reserve Lane may manage communication between buyer and seller. We reserve the right to monitor and mediate these interactions for quality assurance and fraud prevention. Final transaction terms are solely between buyer and seller.
Reserve Lane is not liable for:
- The accuracy of user-submitted information,
- Any disputes between buyers and sellers,
- Financial loss, vehicle damage, or title transfer issues arising from a transaction,
- Platform errors or service interruptions.
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable Service.
All content, branding, and technology used on the Service are the property of Reserve Lane and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Reserve Lane reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
